what causes extreme weather?

Notes:
the weather patterns. el nino it creates warm current that causes weird weather changes in some countries.
clouds and water mix to make a torando that is extreme weather and it mostly happens in the.
When a large amount of static electricity builds up in a storm cloud, a giant spark—the lightning flash—appears. Lightning that is seen usually jumps between the storm cloud and the ground, but lightning may also jump from one part of a cloud to another part, or from cloud to cloud.

how can people be prepared for extreme weather?



Notes:
get a shelter where every one can go for the extreme weather until it passes.
Also you can have a broadcast saying that there will be a tornado, so you can be prepared and get to a shelter for saftey.
You can grow a lot of trees for timber for boxing your house to be safe, also you can go into a place with no opening spots thats the most safe place you can be at.
if their is a tsunami you can go to a high hill or a tall, sturdy building that holds supplies and can keep a lot of people.
